This isn't an actual heating company. They forward to a random local company and keep no records on who they referred you to. The good reviews are fake. This should not be allowed. The person they referred me to didn't show up and they blocked my number when I called twice confused.

I couldn't be happier with the service that the technician provided. Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the extra steps to ensure that the furnace was in working condition after the inducer was replaced and took the time to answer the questions I had. I also am really happy that it was able to be fixed on the same day, especially since it has been dropping down in the high 20s the last couple of days!
