This is the second time we’ve used Rocky, and once again, we are extremely satisfied. My mother’s heater went out late last night around 11:30 PM. I called Rocky, and he came right out to evaluate the situation. He initially found a faulty gas release valve, but upon further inspection, he discovered the unit was leaking carbon monoxide—a life-threatening situation he caught just in time.
Knowing my mother is on a fixed income, Rocky went above and beyond by providing a replacement unit he had at his shop.
