Very reliable company that has maintained and repaired our HVAC for many years. Quinton is friendly, professional, and great at explaining the status of our system. This is especially true as it ages and routine preventative maintenance, while rare, is recommended. He's not alone, all techs we've worked with over the years have been great. All work that has been done on the system is comprehensive and we have not had additional issues afterward. It's also reassuring to not have worries about our heating and cooling with the wide span of temperatures that occur in our area throughout the year. We were recommended Davenport when replacing a previous company and I'm glad we found them. Highly recommended.
I think the team over the past year and a half we have utilized Davenport are professional accommodating and prompt. Their work is thorough . We have had two new furnaces and two water heaters installed in the last year. During the maintenance check we discovered that one of the humidifiers is not working and one only at 35%. To replace these two their bid was going to be over $1700.00. All things considered we felt this was WAY too high to consider. As a consumer and retired business man I felt the mark up was outrageous. Tim Ryan
Jared completed our fall maintenance on our zoned system today. He checked in this morning and provided a one hour window he would arrive. he inquired if there were any issues that we were concerned about. He made adjustments to the thermostat and the vents to maximize the airflow. he was here approximately two hours thoroughly cleaning both units and replacing filters on the furnaces and the humidifiers. Davenport is very customer focused. we are enrolled in their VIP service for both spring and fall maintenance I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service.
