Mark, technician at—and owner of—Jack Harrison Heating & Air was excellent! We had an unusual problem with our heating that could have been any number of expensive repairs, but he was very thorough and patient with checking everything instead of just replacing the first thing he was suspicious of.It ended up just requiring a configuration change and no parts, saving us money. He even took a look at our humidifier and AC while he was there and fixed a minor problem with our humidifier, all for no more change than his regular visit and maintenance fee (which were very reasonable).Very pleased and have already signed up for an AC maintenance with him in the spring.
Chandler was awesome. He checked the furnace and humidifier and assured me everything is working properly. He was attentive to my questions and took the time to provide detailed answers. No upselling or pressure to upgrade or purchase more. Such a refreshing change compared to some local big name companies.

They were quick to come to the house for the initial consultation, very communicative to get scheduled, and professional and efficient in installing our new mini split. Not to mention, we got several quotes from different companies, and they were the most cost effective as well! We would highly recommend using them, and we will be sure to book them again in the future.
