It’s our first winter in our new home and suddenly the super old furnace broke in the middle of the night during the coldest winter! I called around for a few quotes and these guys were very responsive, took their time to inspect the whole home, and extremely reasonably priced in comparison.I was nervous being this is my first big home Reno as a new homeowner but Alex was truly incredible. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns! We went with an high efficiency furnace and also decided to install an AC condenser at the same time since we already had ductwork and I’m so happy we did! (it was on our list of upgrades.)Nadar, all of the HVAC guys and their electrician Leo were very kind, clean, and respectful. They laid down floor protection and even wore shoe coverings! Their work was very well done and our new system looks so good!! They showed me how to change my filters in the future and helped muffle my loud old duct system.Truly very impressed with their professionalism and happy we went with PAWS! Thank you!! ??
Get team, great work. Excellent communication. Only issue I had was when the Q/C tech came and identified a static pressure issue after install, he indicated that additional duct work or a modification should be done. This should have been identified prior to determination of the system to be installed. My only gripe. I hope they fix it within the scope of the install and not charge additional $$ to now fix the problem. We will see...Continued... The techs came back to install new vents and returned to stabilize the static pressure. I do not know if it worked as the techs did not have the equipment to check.
We had major leaks and no clear way to identify the issue. The first company we called tried to upsell us nearly $10,000 in repairs, which didn’t sit right with us. I kept calling around until I spoke with Russ — and I’m so glad I did. He was pleasant, honest, and clearly explained the process and what to expect.Eugene was prompt, professional, and thorough, both on the initial visit and the follow-up. Our boiler, that does both heat and hot water in the house, literally blew up during the coldest days of winter. We were without heat and hot water for a few days cuz I was also dealing with a family emergency overseas.I already met with Alex a few months ago to get a quote to convert to gas, but we didn't think our boiler would die so soon.So I texted Alex and he came out the next day to assess the situation and yesterday morning showed up with 4 workers to replace our boiler and convert to gas. We now have a separate water heater, which we never had before.Other places we called said it would take 3 days for this. PAWS did everything in 1 day. The team of 4 people worked nonstop from 8am until 8pm to get heat and hot water back into our house. They truly went above and beyond.And the best price we found and they also finance which was a huge plus for us.I can't recommend them enough. In an emergency situation they did an outstanding job.I'm glad we chose them to do the work.
