On installation day, Aaron and his crew were professional, polite, and very respectful of our home. They truly go above and beyond with their customer service—we felt supported through the entire process.
The crew of Blues literally saved my family's lives today. Charles came the other day to service our furnace and found some potential problems, so we decided to replace it and add a heat pump today. Last night I noticed a significant gas leak. I was almost completely overcome. I called in (on a Sunday evening) and Courtney talked me through what to do to get through the night. This morning, Aaron & Gilbert arrived to do the work. Shortly before they arrived, I discovered that despite what I had done, the furnace was still leaking. They stepped right in and handled it. Joe came and squared away some electrical issues, too. They stayed until after 7:00pm to make sure we had heat and that everything was safe for us. Had the crew not come together for us last night and today, my family could've died in the night. There are no words to adequately express my gratitude for the entire Blues family. So, I'll start with a wholehearted thank you and a pledge to forever be a loyal Blues customer. To the Blues family, you are all a part of ours now! I owe you everything!!
The blower on our 15 year old propane furnace quit working and I contacted Blues based on google reviews. They had a technician on site within a day to assess the problem and recommend a solution. The technician was very thorough and patient, and spent a lot of time answering my questions, weighing options with me, and helping me make a decision. In the end, I decided to use the blower failure as the nudge I needed to purchase a more efficient and climate-friendly electric heat pump.The setup we chose wasn't cheap, and it's possible I could have found a similar setup for less elsewhere. But I have no regrets. The integrity and customer service offered by Blues has been top shelf. The install was done in one day, the same week I called Blues for help with the dead blower. All staff were thoughtful and conscientious - again, taking the time to patiently answer my many questions. Perhaps most importantly, the new heating system and thermostat have been working perfectly (1.5 months in), and my house is more comfortable than it had ever been previously.The expense was a hard pill to swallow, but I'm glad we did. For me it was a matter of paying more now, vs. paying a lot over the next decade to keep my aging system going. Based on my experience thus far I'm confident Blues will be quick to respond to my needs moving forward, and I have opted in to their biannual maintenance plan to keep our new investment running in top shape. I strongly recommend Blues Heating and Air.
Charles Bodtke arrived on time to do a certified maintenance service of our home HVAC system. He was polite and respectful of our home - he properly introduced himself, wore shoes protection, asked permission to use cleaning product and power for his tools, and provided detailed maintenance task list. He provided a documentation of the company profile and HVAC system operations and maintenance information for us to review and ask questions if needed. We appreciated his work transparency by showing it and provided explanations. He is well represented for his company. We highly recommend this local company Blues Heating & Air.
We replaced our 22 yr old heating system with a new Platinum hybrid furnace and heat pump system from Blues Heating and Air and my wife and I think we are the luckiest people in the world. Love, love the new system and the air conditioning is amazing! Charles and team, from office support to technician, were professional, knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated this big investment and home upgrade. Charles answered all our questions from bid, planning, and permits through the install and he provided a bid that smoked the bigger competitors. I signed the bid on a Tuesday and the new system was installed two days later, in less than 9 hours. The install team was on their game and left no trace when the work was done and the customer support checked in after the install and coordinated the mechanical and electrical inspections. Wonderful. I highly recommend this company and will continue to send my family and friends their way.
