I’m a firm believer to having your heat pump system serviced regularly once or twice per year. I pay a small monthly fee and have mine serviced twice a year. No payment due at time of service. Now of course if I had a problem which requires a repair I would be responsible for that repair but the service is paid for. The technician that service my equipment is very knowledgeable and reliable to ask me questions if I’m experiencing any issues and that the system is working properly before they leave. They tell me what they are checking for and show me some of the results as they are going through the process. I get a complete report on my system that everything is good.
I’ve been with Pacific for over 3 years now and have always had such a positive experience with them. All the technicians that have come out have been fantastic. Recently, Thomas came out and went above and beyond. He explained everything in great detail, offered to answer any questions, and in general was just a nice person. This company knows how to hire excellent workers who do the job right and are thorough. They’ve been keeping my 19 year furnace going despite her age! That sure says something.
