Ryan completed our HVAC checkup today, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job explaining how our system was performing. He also adjusted the setting on our whole-house fan to a higher speed—something I didn't know was an option—and it's made a huge difference on this hot summer day. Start to finish, the experience with Skradski Heating & Cooling was awesome. I submitted a service request over the weekend, and they called me first thing the next business day. They let me know they were booked because of the summer season, but said they'd reach out if an opening came up—and they kept their word. Within the week, they called and got me in sooner. Tyler was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything he found, showed me the actual test results, took photos during the inspection, and walked me through my options without any pressure. After explaining everything, I asked when he could take care of it, and he said, "I can do it now," which was a huge plus. He got everything handled in one visit, and I didn't have to schedule another appointment. The communication, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. Because of the experience I had with Tyler and the team, I signed up for their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them in the future. Brandon was very thorough and did a great job explaining how my system was working and what things I needed to be aware of for future needs. There was never any pressure to "do" anything..however, my aging system (26 yrs) gave out..just 1 week after my seasonal check up..of course during the hottest days of the summer so far!! Everyone at Skradski's has been extremely helpful..and I am getting a new system in tomorrow! I feel fortunate to have had them as my HVAC contractor...every department has been excellent!!

I filled out their web form, and while some companies seem to never check those, someone from Skradski called me first thing the next morning. The person on the phone was very friendly and understanding and scheduled a tech to come look at my failing AC the same day. The tech was friendly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was going wrong. Diagnosis was $96 and replacing a failed capacitor was $263. I was offered an annual service contract but I was never pushed to buy it, which I appreciate. I really appreciated the friendly and professional service, and I will happily work with Skradski in the future.

After dealing with other companies i wont name... Burton and Aksarben, I was beginning to think HVAC companies were competing to see who could charge the most while accomplishing the least. Thankfully, Skradski restored my faith that competent service still exists. Even same day service ...at no additional charge. ?? The technician Ryan, arrived promptly, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He wasn't one of those people who talks over your head with technical jargon, makes you feel like you're wasting their time by asking questions, or just ignores you all together. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. You could tell he cared about doing the job right and making sure I understood what was going on. Most importantly, RYAN FIXED THE ISSUE W/ NO PROBLEMS in less than 20 minutes. What a novel concept. Unlike my previous experiences with Burton and Aksarben, where I paid premium prices and was left with the same issues ( probably because it was too technical for their technicians, who literally put no effort into the task), Skradskis tech diagnosed the problem correctly, effortlessly and got the job done without the inflated price tag. It was refreshing to deal with someone who seemed interested in solving the problem rather than just collecting a service fee. The pricing was fair, the work was done right, and my AC is finally working the way it should. My technician's professionalism, kindness, and down-to-earth personality made the entire experience even better. In an industry where some companies seem to have mastered the art of charging more and doing less, this team stands out for all the right reasons. Highly recommended. They've earned a customer.

We started using Skradski for our annual maintenance checks so it made sense to go through them for the replacement AC that we needed. When we started using them I was immediately impressed with the outstanding customer service we received from the office staff to the technicians, which made me feel like I made the right choice in selecting this company for our services. We finally decided to replace the AC unit and again received nothing but the best customer service from beginning to end. Mario P. Was the main technician that performed the install and he had outstanding customer service! I’ve never had better communication, explanation and overall good conversation with a technician before. I am a very happy customer with this company and so thankful I am in the right hands.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Skradski Heating and Cooling. I found them by googling HVAC near me when my AC wasn’t cooling. Read their reviews and gave them a call. Christine answered the phone and was super nice and very helpful. A technician (Branden) arrived at my house in just a few hours and quickly found the problem. The customer experience has been just amazing. Update I decided to replace the AC unit and Bryan in sales came out to our house that same day and got us on the schedule for early next week. Branden and Evan showed up on time. Very friendly and even covered their boots with booties when they came in the house. They just left. Clean worksite. Walked me through everything and just nice guys to have around the house today working. This is not your one man show. This is a well organized, efficient business who clearly cares deeply about the customer experience. I highly recommend Skradaski Heating and Cooling.

Skradski was absolutely outstanding to deal with. I call with an emergency on a Saturday. Within a few hours they sent their tech Matthew out. He was incredible to work with from start to finish. He took ample time to inspect the furnace and walked me through all his findings. He answered all of my questions and then some. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Matthew for being kind and considerate during this crisis I was facing :)

Matthew did an outstanding job. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of guessing, found a small clog in the system that was affecting performance, and fixed it correctly. Once he cleared it, the difference was immediate — the furnace is now blowing warm air the way it should and everything is working perfectly. He explained what he was doing, answered questions clearly, and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Austin was very professional and personal in resolving the built up water that was stuck in my duct work. My case was a unique situation but he was patient and willing to listen to me as we walked through finding the source of the problem and a solution.

Service call was lowest of the 6 I called. Matthew was on time and very knowledgeable on furnace air flow needed for heat pump functionality, and testing both units for thorough diagnosing. Our only problem was cottonwood clogging the ac fins which he cleaned very well.

Excellent experience! The whole team was so friendly and accommodating. From the first phone call to schedule a consult, through the final walk through of the system, Skradski team members were above expectation. Brian, the consultant and estimator, was courteous, communicated well, answered all questions, took the time to educate me and was willing to work out multiple options to find one that fit my family’s needs. Once we agreed to a new system, payment options were immediately made available and very easy to secure. The team knew our need and installed the very next day. The installers, Branden and Nick, again communicated ETA and expectations that morning. Upon arrival, I was met with a handshake, a rundown of the plans, and asked about any expectations I had for them. They worked efficiently throughout the day staying over 10 hours to get the job done. We had a large install with some modifications to the existing system and I appreciate their willingness to work such a long day in the heat. The work performed was clean, precise, and done with pride. Branden and Nick walked me around throughout the process showing and explaining what they had done and why. It’s easy to see the Skradski leadership team cares about culture within their organization. The employees were all very nice, they were presentable, they wore protective materials on their shoes and laid down coverings while in my house. The team valued my time and my questions, and above all, they provided my family with confidence in their work. For reference, I met with and received quotes from 4 other local shops before choosing Skradski. The pricing was competitive with the other shops and more tuned to my needs and requests than the others. I have spent the last 15 years managing customer expectation in the automotive industry. The three most important virtues a company can provide are Convenience, Value, and Trust. Skradski nailed all three for my family.
