We recently hired Frazier to install a humidifier into our furnace system. Our service technician, Ryan Finch, did an excellent job. He expertly explained the process—installation and use—and ensured to place it out of the way so it does not interfere with other lines. I have been using Frazier heating and AC for years. I’ve always had wonderful service. James Cleland was the technician today who came out for normal maintenance and noticed the blower cap needed to be replaced. Luckily, he had that part in his truck and was able to replace it. James was very friendly and nice.
