Their customer service was outstanding in a world where quality customer service is a rarity and most often a huge disappoint!! Alondra was kind, courteous, and very helpful when making the appointment! She did an outstanding job by clearly communicating the timeline and all updates on the days events. The service technician, Juan, was simply wonderful!! He was kind, courteous, clean, and extremely knowledgeable about his job! He clearly explained what the issue was and exactly what he was going to do about it. He worked in a timely manner and was just the nicest guy in the world! The HVAC technicians were friendly and provided full explanations of the issues with my system including photos. They clearly explained the options or help in deciding how to move forward. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up the workspaces when done. One of their plumbers also provided quick maintenance on my instant hot water heater. Highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Jose Benjamin Frias from Next Gen Systems. He performed maintenance on my unit, cleaned out my attic area, and added an ionizer to my system. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running efficiently before leaving.
