Jeff and Ian were great and friendly! Arrived on time and were transparent and efficient with the job. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they cleaned up after. New heat and A/C works great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I manage a few small shops… I have been struggling to find a reliable HVAC company to help me take care of the ACs for years, I have tried 6-7 different companies, they all disappeared me, until I come across One Hour Hearing & Air. They are super efficient, so far I already used them for 3 of the shops; even its a small business, our customers could be pretty aggressive if our AC are down, One Hour always save the day. I love they being straightforward, not lead me to fixing something that I not have to. One of the shop has more serious problems, they be able to explain what is the issue, give me temporary fix options and more thorough fix option with straight forward pricing, so I can make a very knowledgeable decision based on the finance situation. Their crew is always punctual and professional, I will for sure continue using their services. Highly recommend One Hour!
Jeff and Kanali arrive on time and immediately presented as very personable and professional. I appreciated actually knowing a little about them both in a brief bio that accompanied the notification email that told me they were on their way and an ETA before arriving. The maintenance check was very thorough and efficient with my time and the guys took the time to explain things both technically and in laymen’s terms with full transparency as I was able to look on. Their passion gave me a lot of confidence in their capabilities and knowledge. Soon after the assessment I received a comprehensive summary noting the exact recommendations and an explanation of the level of need and the reason behind the recommendations.Because of their respect of my home and time coupled with their clear expertise genuineness and patience in their articulate explanations (super nice guys/good people), I am looking forward to having OHH back for the work recommended. I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection.While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out.It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive.I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service!
Jeff and his team were absolutely awesome. They came out and made sure everything regarding our HVAC system was running smooth and even replaced our air filter. Kalani was even kind enough to help replace one of our recessed lightbulbs that could only be reached with a super long ladder. They went above and beyond, couldn’t be more satisfied with their services (see photo!!!).
