Working with Rand Aire was a great experience. Our very old HVAC rooftop unit died and was too rusted to repair. Chose Rand in part because they gave the lowest bid but was delighted with how professional they were start to finish. Very happy with the new heat pump system and pleased that they followed up to make sure that we were happy with everything

I professionally flip homes all over orange county and have worked with many different subcontractors, Rand Aire is my go to HVAC crew. Randy and his son Jacob are absolute professionals. Not only do they offer top level service, their pricing is unbeatable. These guys are the real deal. They can service your exiting system or install and entire new unit. I trust them when it comes to both my personal property and the properties I am flipping.

Owner Randy came to assess condition of the unit and determine unit was in need of replacement. This unit was 27 years old. Explained the changes in the coolant currently used and provided 2 different manufacturers and prices. On day of repair, the crew came and were friendly, informative and diligent. Unit and all associated work which included tubing, insulation and wiring and clean up were all completed by 3PM. I Highly recommend Rand-Aire

Randy Miller and his crew do an exceptional job. He is very professional, efficient, friendly and always answers his phone or gets back to you quickly. Can't recommend Randy Miller's RandAire Mechanical Contractors enough. They installed and maintained our 15-16 HVAC systems at our industrial building for 40 years.
