Bernie and Billy arrived promptly as scheduled. Immediately started working on water heater replacement (remove and dispose of old unit and install new one). Work was completed in a matter of hours. They pickded-up all their work and left everything very clean. Definitely will use them again in the future. Cost was as expected from a pro-outfit with seasoned workers.

I called Service One Air Conditioning first thing in the morning, and they were able to get a technician out to my home that same afternoon, which was greatly appreciated. They also did a great job communicating — they texted me when the technician was en route and let me know his name ahead of time, so I knew exactly who to expect and when. The technician, Mark, was extremely polite and professional. He clearly explained everything he was going to do before he started and made sure I understood the situation. He told me he would be writing up a quote, and when he did, it was very reasonable. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I honestly have no complaints at all. Because of how great and knowledgeable Mark was, Service One has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
