Joe's heating service technicians Tim and John showed up on time as ,these two men went right at it .I was really impressed as they focused on the job at hand as, it was a new furnance installation. They were polite and answered any questions I came up during the install.There workmanship during the install was awesome the duct work they completed was spot on and they made sure everything was tight and secure. I was left without me not having to clean anything up and was more then content.Thanks to Joe's heating and the office staff as well .

The team is very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Their work was very clean and well done. Even the Enbridge inspector mentioned that the HVAC guys did a great job!

I’ve used Joe’s H &AC previously for an AC replacement and because of their great work I’m a repeat customer. They were very responsive to my emergency furnace failure. Everyone involved, Tina, Will, Tom and Jay were very informative and answered any of my concerns. Tina quickly arranged a diagnoses the next morning and Will inspected and then informed us we needed a new furnace. He provided us with quotes for two brand options. Tom and Jay were easy to work with and did an excellent job installing the new furnace. I highly recommend Joe’s for anyone’s heating and AC needs.

This is one company that highly deserves the positive reviews they get. I kept their contact information because I was so impressed with my experience with them a year ago when they serviced an aging gas stove/heater for me. Had them back in this week for the same unit and John, their service rep, could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. (He even shoveled my front steps on his way in. I'll definetely call on them again for future needs, and recommend them most highly!

As with all major purchases, buying a furnace can be a daunting task once you start researching all the brands and models that are available. Then comes the most important step in the process; finding a reputable contractor to assess your needs, consult on your choices, provide quotes and ultimately professionally install your new furnace.
Seeing Joe’s Heating and Air Conditioning trucks come and go to three other houses on our street, I decided to ask a neighbour about his experience with them. He highly recommended Joe’s and suggested I start with making an appointment with Eric Way to come and assess our home’s needs, which I thankfully did.
From start to finish the entire process was seamless and professional and I can’t say enough about the staff involved with our purchase.
Thank you to Eric for his knowledge, guidance and professionalism. To Laura for her prompt scheduling of an installation date given this was during the busy holiday season. To Tom and Blake for their installation expertise. They not only installed the new furnace but made adjustments to other parts of the system. The pride in their work was clearly evident and it gave one the impression that this is the type of job they would do in their own homes. The room was spotless when they left too.
