Excellent service. When my furnace unexpectedly shut down at noon on a very cold day, I needed to find a replacement within hours. After contacting several HVAC companies in the GTA for quotes and installation timelines, I chose HFZ Heating and Cooling because they offered a reasonable price and next-day installation, which was outstanding.

The following morning, the installers arrived on time with the new furnace. They quickly removed the old unit, prepared and cleaned the area, installed and tested the new system, and thoroughly cleaned their workspace. The entire process, including removal of the old furnace, was completed in under six hours.

They did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate their efficiency and professionalism.
