Owen installed our reverse osmosis system today. The install went without a hitch. He brought everything with him the first time and completed the job accurately and neatly. He then thoroughly explained the system and that we will be receiving filters from Reliance at the appropriate time. He explained the flushing system and we are doing that now. He has a great attitude and we conversed on many subjects while he was here. He left our kitchen the way he found it. I would.let work in my house anytime. Thank you, Owen! Our hot water tank rental went for a crap late Sunday evening. Called Reliance and they had a technician here Monday at 12:30pm. Kyle was awesome! He told me how long it would take to remove the old tank out and to have the new one installed. He made sure everything was in operating order before packing up. He was very informative and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough and made sure everything was removed when completed. Thank you Kyle for being a pleasure to deal with.

My service from Kirsan was fantastic! He was so kind and understanding. He saw what the problem was right away and it was a quick fix. He explained everything and showed me the issue. Then once every everything was fixed he did a system check to make sure all was working well. I now have peace of mind. Thank you so much again, Kirsan.

I have never experienced such poor service.

In the middle of January, our electrical furnace stopped working and we had no heat in the house. We booked a service appointment with Reliance between 7 and 9 am. We waited from 7 am and never received a call or any update from the technician. At 8:30 am, I called customer service and was told the technician was on his way and just loading parts into his vehicle. By 9:30 am, he still had not arrived. I called again and was told the same thing.

He never showed up or called.

Later, I received a message saying my appointment had been rescheduled because the technician arrived and we were not home. This was completely false. We had been waiting since 7 am and had called customer service multiple times. No one came to our door.

We then booked a second appointment between 4 and 8 pm. This time the technician did show up, but he was unable to diagnose the problem with our furnace. Despite not identifying the issue or providing a solution, he still expected us to pay the $99 plus tax diagnostic fee.

Paying for a “diagnosis” when no diagnosis was actually provided is unacceptable.

Between the missed appointment, misinformation from the call center, and a technician who could not resolve the issue but still wanted payment, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Be very cautious when booking service with Reliance. Based on our experience, the service is unreliable and not worth the cost. I would not recommend them.

Water heater was leaking,

The tank was replaced with new which is much noisier 24/7, releasing air in a way the old tank never used to.

For some reason now whenever a hot water tap is turned on in the house the pipe bangs.

The pipe bangs extremely loudly while running the washing machine.

And now it leaks differently in a new section of the tank.

The young guys that I dealt with were pleasant though which is the reason for any stars at all.
