Michael and Hanna (owners) and Thomas (our tech) were both responsive, thorough, and professional. They replaced a non-code part on my furnace and performed my annual heat maintenance visit. This is an honest, reasonably-priced, local, non-commission based business. I highly recommend.
JOCO Heating and Cooling did a great job! We're in the middle of a snowstorm and they made it out within hours after I called. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again!
This past spring our A/C stopped working. The unit was only 8 years old. Michael and his team came and diagnosed a leak. He presented several options including repairing the current unit with the caveat that the Freon used in the unit had been discontinued this year. After weighing different options we decided to go ahead and replace both the AC and furnace. After some back and forth we settled on a new unit. Michael and his team got things switched out and the AC up and running. There was one part of the furnace that needed to be completed but we agreed to wait until fall and we scheduled the time for this to be done. Well fast forward to the first night the temps dropped below 50, a good month before they were to come and finalize the furnace install. That next morning Michael called to say let’s get this done now so you aren’t without heat if we have cold days before the scheduled date. Michael and his team came and got everything working within a day of the cool night. In today’s world it is hard to find customer service like this. And an added bonus is a drop in our utility bills. Definitely, recommend Michael and his team. Fair, honest, dependable, and knowledgeable about HVAC. Give him a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
JOCO Heating and Cooling is great. They installed a new air conditioning unit about three years ago, and we have been so pleased wiyh it! Our furnace went out on Monday, and Michael showed up that evening to evaluate our old furnace. Our new furnace was installed today and everything was left cleaned up and no sign of work that was done today.Thank you, Michael! We would highly recommend!!
