Recent reviews frequently mention thorough diagnostics and clear communication from technicians during furnace and AC service. Customers note courteous, patient explanations and tips to prevent future issues. Several comments cite fair handling of urgent calls and a lack of sales pressure. A small number of critiques exist, but most feedback trends strongly positive on workmanship and professionalism.

Rodger came out to look at our furnace. He’s was extremely thorough and explained everything to us. He got it up and running and made sure it was running safely. Rodger is a genuinely great guy who is in hvac for the right reasons which is hard to come by nowadays. They have a new regular customer and we will recommend them to everyone.

On 1/16/26 Sam Worthy (Service Technician at Town & Country Heating
& Cooling Company) performed an annual service checkup on our Lennox furnace. Sam did an Outstanding Job! Sam was courteous, polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took his time, was very thorough, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Town & Country Heating & Cooling Company if you ever need service for your furnace or air conditioner. A few years ago, I purchased an entirely new Bosch heat pump system from Town & Country. The installation was excellent and the crew was very knowledgable. I have a service contract with them and every six months they come out and service the system. I could do the service myself but I'm dealing with a health issue and if I'm unable, I don't want my wife to worry about it. As with the install, the technicians were very good.

Then, this past fall, a technician came out to service my system. The first shocker was being told that Town & Country no longer dealt in Bosch and Daikin, two of the finest brands in HVAC and were now exclusively Lennox. The technician was a relatively new hire who'd not been to my home previously. He said he'd attended HVAC school locally so I felt at ease. Then he began the servicing which brought the second shocker. He had no clue how the Bosch system operated and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working as he wanted. I gave him plenty of time to figure it out. He then called his office and the person he spoke with was equally clueless, or the tech completely misunderstood what he was being told.

A short time later he left, and I was relieved. I went back into the house and made the corrections myself. The system worked as expected.

Topping all this, Town & Country never requested feedback, something commonly done nowadays. Then, two months later, they request a review on this forum, so here it is.

It's incredibly disappointing how quickly such a good company can change and nosedive.

Choosing Town & Country is ultimately your choice. I, however, may have to search elsewhere for a qualified Bosch dealer and service company. That's sad.

Josh was so knowledgeable and experienced and he did not mind us sitting there and learning what we could do better with our furnace and air conditioner to ensure that it didn’t break down again. He was kind he was patient and this was an emergency call and it was so reasonable And he gave us a lot of preventative tips to keep this from happening. He was just an amazing person that came out and worked. I would recommend Town & Country to anyone. I think you so much for sending Josh out. It was a wonderful experience.

Will came out and serviced our furnace today and I thought he as great. We very much appreciated his honesty and candor with respect to the condition of our furnace. We recently had our furnace tuned up by our normal HVAC company (or at least they used to be before today) and when they showed up the repair tech had a second person with him who was quite clearly a salesman. This was very suspect to begin with, as they had never sent a second person with their tech on any prior visits. Our suspicions were further elevated when they proceeded to find a litany of issues and recommended a new unit. Of course, having the sales guy right there was super handy and convenient for them to pitch all the options. Given how suspect this was, we sought a second opinion. We noticed Town & Country was actually the only local HVAC company with a 5 star Google rating, so we called them to come out and inspect the unit. Will seemed very thorough, advised us that he didn’t think we needed a new unit at this time, and that, while our unit was getting a little long in the tooth, there were no red flags suggesting we needed to pursue a new furnace in the immediate future. The Town & Country prices and maintenance plan they provided information on were also more reasonable than our now former provider. Needless to say, I now understand why Town & Country has a 5 star Google rating and would definitely recommend them. We immediately made the switch.
