My experience with Pacific Aire was excellent . From diagnosis and discussion, to installation,removal and insulation,every step of the process was professional, precise, and the communication throughout was great. I am especially grateful for the excellent employees involved, including Armando and Augustin, Noah and Dave,Frank, Miguel and Cody, and Gabeand Jose. They are to be commend for their expertise and skill. Each one brought a unique talent and the end result for me was clear understanding, project completion and excellent results. My air is clear, comfort control achieve and expectations met. Praise and gratitude for the entire crew!

Review 1 – Tankless Water Heater Installation

We had a great experience with Pacific Aire, thanks to technicians Robert F. and Noah V. They replaced our old water heater with a new tankless system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

They worked quickly and efficiently, communicated constantly with each other while moving and installing the heavy equipment, and were clearly focused on doing the job safely and correctly. It was reassuring to see how well they coordinated to avoid injury or damage to the unit. On top of that, they left the area cleaner than they found it, which I really appreciated.

Both Robert and Noah were courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pacific Aire based on this experience.

Review 2 – PRV Installation

Once again, Pacific Aire delivered excellent service, this time with Robert F. installing a new PRV on our main water line.

Robert worked efficiently, did clean and solid work, and left the area spotless when he was done. What really stood out, though, was that he went above and beyond to make sure we understood how all of our water shut-offs work — not just for the house, but also from the main street line. That kind of explanation and homeowner education makes a big difference.

It’s clear Robert cares about doing the job right and making sure customers feel informed and confident. We really appreciated having him as our technician and would gladly work with Pacific Aire again.

Review 3 – HVAC Heating System Repair

We had another excellent experience with Pacific Aire, once again thanks to Robert F. This time, he repaired our HVAC heating system after we had been without heat for about a month.

When I told Robert that getting the heater working was a priority for us, he took it seriously and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. He even went out of his way to pick up the necessary parts from the warehouse so the repair could be completed the same day. That level of effort and follow-through meant a lot to us.

Robert was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to making sure the job was done right. We’re very grateful for his help and continue to be impressed with the quality of service from Pacific Aire.

We had an excellent experience with Pacific Aire from start to finish. The entire team was well-groomed, professional, and incredibly friendly—not only to my family, but even to our pets throughout the entire project.

Despite working in the rain, they went above and beyond to ensure my home stayed clean and protected, which We truly appreciated. The teamwork was impressive; everyone worked seamlessly together, and it really showed in the quality of the work.

Lead Installer Jose R. was outstanding, and the rest of the crew—including Vincent, Miguel, Jose H., Adrian, and David—were all professional, courteous, and clearly worked very well together.

A special thank-you to Noah—being the smallest guy meant he got the job of going under the house, and he took it like a champ! Even the handyman who came in at the end went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

There were a few more guys here at one point, but i didnt catch thier names.

I highly recommend Pacific Aire to anyone looking for a dependable, respectful, and high-quality team.

We had a great experience with Michael from Pacific Aire. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain what was happening with our hvac system. He answered all of our questions with confidence and examples of prior work. We were very impressed especially after an experience with a different company.
