Great service today from Victor of Provision Heating and Air Conditioning. This was a 6 month service after having them install our air conditioner last august. They did a great job with the installation and today’s service was to checking the system and install a new filter. Victor was great , kept in contact with us on his timing. Great service from this company!
My Technician was Victor. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used him for my refrigerator and my double oven. Even though neither one could be repairable Victor tried over and over again to fix them. I started to feel sorry for him. He put in 2 ice makers and both didn’t work, manufactured defect. He finally said it can’t be repaired. I didn’t want to hear those words but I know he tried everything. He was very patient, kept trying this or that. I appreciate his tenacity. So request Victor if you need an appliance repaired.
Saw the 5 star reviews so I called these guys! Victor arrived on time the day I called. Thought I had a furnace issue and he solved it by turning on the gas line! He says some of the big AC heating companys tun off your gas line during maintenance so that you call them in the fall when your heat doesn't work!! Appreciated these guys honesty and fast service and will use them again!! 5 star for sure!
Slava came as scheduled. Checked things very quickly and then explained to me what was wrong and what choices were possible. We discussed. We looked over the refrigerator again and then agreed on cost and action. All very efficient and personable. He was a fine technician and an equally pleasant person. I was satisfied with his quality of work and the overall cost. I would recommend him and/or his company without reservation.
Provision Air was amazing! My AC wasn’t cooling, and I had no idea what to do. They came out super quick, and the guy was so friendly and helpful. He explained what was wrong in simple terms and got it fixed fast. The price was reasonable, and now my house feels great. I’ll definitely call them again if I need to!
