They properly assessed the unit and the issue was resolved within hours despite having to drive around and find the proper part. Working from home with two small pups, I need to have AC. JD and crew installed a 2 ton Pioneer mini split in our home. They did a terrific job. This is the third HVAC company I've had come to my house and is by far the best for the following reasons. They we're professional and well organized. They were punctual and did not cancel. They did not charge me to come out and give an estimate. I especially appreciated JD's attention to detail. JD really cares how the unit looks on the outside and inside. He did a terrific job making sure everything is level and looks straight and blows ice cold.
