I had a great experience with Cesar and Nick! They were friendly, respectful, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the work they were doing to fix our AC units and made sure we understood everything. They were very professionally, knowledgeable, and honest.The repair was done thoroughly and correctly, and my system is running better than ever. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC repair!
Great experience with Modern Air Solutions!, Domonique called ahead, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C. She explained the troubleshooting process, made the repair efficiently, and thoroughly tested the system to ensure everything was running perfectly. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
Domonique Jackson does an incredible job!! She literally saved us in an emergency 3 years ago! She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Love when she shows up for our maintenance contract as I know the job will be done right every time!
Our tech Cesar was incredible at diagnosis and quick repair for our broken heater system. He was thorough with an issue which required warranty communication, ordered all parts and did two installs fixing the system within a few days. After using many different HVAC repair companies along 30A, Modern Air found itself a loyal customer through Cesars expertise.
For me, modern air solutions is truly a blessing, from my first call in and speaking with Tiffany I could feel it in her voice how she loves the company she works for modern air solutions, I told her how I've been took advantage of for the last 10 years that I've been in Florida, buy an AC company called Asuperior, she assured me I'd be happy with modern air solutions, I was talked into purchasing a new $7,500 AC unit from A superior having it only 2 years. The blower motor went out. They charged me $125 to come out, The blower motor is under warranty and free but their installation charge for labor was $1,000 Tiffany had Torace come out immediately, they usually have a $90 fee The owner of modern air solutions said no charge. He just wanted to make sure the unit was actually broken, The final charge to me from modern air solution was $300.I'm sorry for the long review but this company really is the best one out there. The owner and employees can sleep well knowing they're not ripping off customers,I highly recommend using modern air solutions. It's a company with integrity. I know I won't go anywhere else for my properties. Thank you Modern air solutions,Hoping you all have a very Merry Christmas and happy New Year
