My wireless thermostat ceased working. Called Pat Greene and asked for person who knows about all that stuff. He arrived early and not only fixed my problem but explained how everything is to function. Ben’ my technician was, here when he said he would be and actually performed by annual maintenance on both my systems. He was also informative to all his services performed and even taught me a few things about my systems. Called Pat Green Heating & Cooling for a warranty repair issue and they were able to get here the next day. While they were not the installer they honored the parts and labor warranty we have with Goodman. Ben Meyer arrived and identified the problem straight away. He was able to get the part and make the repair the same day. Ben also pointed out that the current company we have a maintenance program with had not cleaned the condenser unit coils when they were out last summer. He also advised we could benefit from a UV light and oxidizer being installed inside the air handler, which we decided to go with his recommendation. Extremely happy we did. We have dogs, and within 3 days the air inside no longer has a pet smell and now have no worry about future mold issues. From the first phone call to the office to the service that Ben provided we are beyond pleased with Pat Green Heating & Cooling. This year we will be going with Pat Green for a maintenance plan when the current one expires.
Our serviceman, Ben, was terrific. He worked late into the evening to repair our heat system. He also provided some much needed cleaning of certain fans and vents. I would highly recommend Pat Green for your heating and air conditioning needs.
