When I find someone extraordinarily skilled, knowledgeable and HONEST like Ricardo Ortega and Multi Air Service, I feel compelled to leave a review for others. As long as his company is in business and we are in this area, whenever we have any question or concern with our HVAC system, he will be the only person we ever call, one thousand percent.We were in a fortunate position because while nothing was overtly broken with our system, due to other things we had going on at the house, we decided our HVAC system was overdue for a checkup. We were also fortunate to have already been connected with Mr. Ortega through a commercial office job he helped out on in the past, in which he provided invaluable expertise.In our case, he was able to diagnose, pinpoint and explain a lot of little incorrect things that had been done, all of which added up to a far from ideal setup. Basically, our system had been installed without care, and quite a few decisions were made simply to cut costs when it was installed, prior to our living here.Ricardo did a thorough inspection, then explained every action or correction he recommended doing. Some were more important than others, and he was honest and up-front about how we could approach it piecemeal, or do everything at once, or even live with some of the problematic aspects. He then provided a clear estimate broken out by his suggestions. It was fair and reasonable. And knowing his past expertise at installing and maintaining very large corporate systems, I consider it a bargain to be able to have his expertise available for our house.In my opinion I think Ricardo knows everything there is to know about HVAC systems and their proper installation and upkeep. He is a detail-oriented person, someone who takes care in his craft, and like an engineer he will always work to find viable solutions, then will speak to you to get alignment on the next steps. He’ll very likely find additional things along the way and let you know easy ways to remedy them too.Like I said, we will never call another person for any HVAC concerns (commercial or residential). He has my utmost respect.
Multi-Air Service was terrific. Ricardo was very responsive and provided very clear, honest and solid technical advice. He tackled a difficult project, getting all the work done very quickly. He even found some other problems with our HVAC system and was able to fix those. To be able to get such great support shortly after the Eaton fires was fantastic. A highly recommended service.
Ricardo is wonderful. I had a bad refrigerant leak, no AC when it started to get hot, and he came out right away and diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond in helping me understand options. I really appreciate his honesty, how quickly he responded and how quickly he got my system working. Ricardo did a great job and is very reasonable. He is now my ‘go-to’ person for anything central air.Thank you for coming to save me from the heat!
Ricardo was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, quick and fair. Our air broke on Saturday of labor day weekend. He came over within an hour , we needed a new motor and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, only because it was a special order. Would have been faster if it wasn't. We got him off of Google, and he was still open at 6pm. We got very lucky and he is our new air guy! Thank you Ricardo. I wish I could find 10 more like him for all our other house needs.
