Reiner Group Inc. - From start to finish, the entire process was “white glove” service. The process began with a visit after having one companies estimate for a high efficiency unit already. I then chose Reiner Group Inc, Heating /Air Conditioning EST. 1934 based on reviews I saw from prior clientele. My salesman and project manager Mr. Ken Lake, showed up within 24 hrs after the initial call. Ken clearly laid out the pros and cons of going with a high efficiency system and quickly understood our true needs. He educated us on all possibilities. We decided to go with his carefully procured recommendations which was a Crown Ball boiler and a 50 gallon indirect heated unit. Not only did Ken educate us, he also helped us make the right choices for our house. He sized the unit to meet our requirements based on our homes square footage. We had a 150,000 BTU unit which was over sized, when in reality we only needed 60,000BTU’s. With that said, he sized up to 105,000 to meet any demands on my 4 zone base board heat system plus one dedicated to hot water. On top of that his recommendations led to this system boosting us to be 85% efficient which was a 5 point gain from the prior system at 80% installed in January 2003. We were even able to use our existing and replaced circulation pumps saving us additional money. This was a result of honesty and integrity of the engineer reviewing the pictures the first tech took to ensure the crew came with the proper parts for a flawless installation. Hats off to Ken for guiding us to make an educated choice. We landed exactly where we needed to be over a 95% efficient system which would have come with both more expensive out of pocket costs and a higher maintenance cost over the systems shorter lifespan. This is not to say High Efficiency should’t be considered , it could be the right solution for you, but I suggest you take the time to educate yourself and weigh the options. After that, the folks at Reiner called asap and scheduled us for the very next day. The crew of professionals that showed up….. Wow!!! Wow!!! And did I say WOW!!! These guys were phenomenal!!! They started every day laying down tarps from the first doorway in all the way down to the basement. They swept and kept the floors immaculate over the two days for the install. They informed me each step of the way and took the time to answer all of our questions along the way. They also educated me on the equipment that was installed. I am 110% happy and content with this install and experience! If your looking for a trustworthy and reliable partner to guide you through your next HVAC/heating journey, don’t look any further than Reiner Group Inc. They are the consummate professionals and their staff is of the highest caliber. They care about their clientele and what’s right for their needs. I always recommend multiple quotes for any large investment. So get those quotes and then call Reiner. From start to finish, from quote to install, their technicians and the care they will deliver will be unmatched by anyone else in the industry. Top notch! Well done Reiner! I’m a customer for life now. Hats off to the team that showed up at my door!

11/20/25 Reiner also showed up on time for the system tune up. Noel and Italo showed up promptly and ensured the system was running efficiently. Noel noticed one of the 5 zones had air (lowest zone in the house), and remedied the situation with ease. Really appreciate the fact that Reiner showed up when they said they would and answered a few more of my questions about the equipment that I thought of since the install a few weeks ago. Reiner is the “A” team! We are so appreciative of how easy they made this whole process from day one to today. Great service and knowledgeable!!

I installed the new high-efficiency, furnace/tankless water heater combo unit with Reiner, recommended by a neighbor who did the same. Everything went smoothly and they were very effective with scheduling, communication, and paperwork. The crew (Chris and others) that installed the system spent two full days (worked overtime on the 2nd day). They were punctual, professional, and thorough with their work. They cleaned up perfectly on both days, with tons of tools and materials they were hauling in and out for the job. So thankful for all the work they've put in. Highly recommend them!
