Nicolas, the owner was extremely professional and explained everything to me so well. He fixed my very old AC and will be maintaining it for me. His staff came and installed my new thermostat and ensured that everything was working perfectly. They also cleaned my whole AC and it looks brand new. I cannot recommend them enough. What a great company!
Two nights ago, our air conditioning stopped working. That same night we contacted the company, and they told us they would come the next day to check the unit.Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.Additionally, today two wonderful young employees came to do the maintenance: Diego and Jonás.Very professional and friendly!Highly recommended!!! ??
