After hiring 3 other professionals to diagnose and fix the issue, Frazer Mechanical came to the rescue! They helped me out promptly, took the time to review the entire system and diagnosis correctly, ordered the parts and reached out immediately to schedule the repair. July 2nd - We were experiencing the highest temperatures ever and our A/C was not working. We were not able to find anybody to come out to fix it - all contractors were busy with broken heat pumps and A/C units, so I decided to give it a go. We ran into Brian in front of AC Motors in Penticton. I asked him some questions and he was more than willing to help. I asked to buy a part from him that the store had ran out of, and he readily obliged and told me how to install it. We went home and installed it but ran into other issues. Brian had given me his business card so I called him. He stayed with me on the phone for an hour to diagnose and instruct me on how to fix the problem. Somehow, we manage to get the heat pump working again, and I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said... nothing! This man went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. He was professional, patient and honest, I would definitely use him in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone.
