We had RPR out to our RV park today to replace a sump pump. The service was outstanding. Two plumbers on site and they re and re'd the pump in less than two hours. Very pleased with the service. 100% recommended. I had a new furnace installed January 2026, and it is working beautifully. They deserve 5 stars because of the following They were here on time (early morning). They worked consistently with very few breaks (only lunch), and worked late. They knew it was going to be a long days work and prepared for that. They are pet friendly and/or comfortable. I have a big dog, a little dog and 3 cats that have no manners or consideration for personal space. I did not have to keep any of them locked up all day, only be mindful of when they needed to come in and out to get what was needed to complete the job. The dogs don’t go into the basement but the cats kept them company periodically throughout the day. They went over everything with me about the new furnace and thermostat. I nodded like I knew exactly what they were talking about and I would remember it all. Finally, they were respectful and easily approachable whenever I was curious about anything. On-time, hard working, pet friendly, knowledgeable plus willing to share that knowledge, and finally respectful and professional for all interactions. One point for each star = 5 stars.

We just had a new mini split system installed by RPR’s team and we can only state that the team was punctual and arrived exactly as scheduled. The entire project only took 6 hours and they were so quick and professional, and very tidy! All of our questions were answered. The owner, Steve, gave us a very fair and competitive price in removing our old system and replacing it with a new one. We definitely recommend this professional and friendly company to everyone. As a matter of fact, I spoke to the clerk at the bank as she said they have been contemplating installing something and she was quite enthused and took the name down. Thank you Steve and your entire staff for this excellent service.

What a great experience I had with RPR. My furnace went out overnight from Thursday into Friday, January 2. I spent the morning trying to find a company that could help with no luck until RPR called me back. They had a technician out within 15 minutes! Needless to say, I have learned a lot about furnaces over the last few days... From the initial call to the final installation parts that were done, RPR provided a great experience. The work is top notch and the technicians sure know what they are doing! I highly recommend RPR for all your heating and A/C needs. Thank you!

Very positive experience with Rpr. They quickly picked up a problem that could have been devasting, during a service call on old furnace. A number of visits to assess ,install and customize a filter system ..all were very pleasant,professional and informative and very prompt with arrival and work done .i am also very pleased with the furnace..so much quieter
