Our heat went out some time during the night during negative temperatures. I called Griffin to see if they could come out same day, since we have a baby. They got back to us within 20 minutes of our initial phone call, and said someone would be out within the next hour. Our tech Josh showed up early, found the issue and got the heat running again quickly. They do have to come back tomorrow to replace some wiring, but overall highly recommend to anyone having issues.

After waking up to a cold house we made the call to Griffin HVAC. They fixed our AC last year and were great so I had no doubts about this time. They returned our call and got us scheduled. He arrived a few minutes early and had the problem diagnosed in no time. He explained everything and had to run to get a new part but had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend Griffin HVAC and will be using them for all our repairs and maintenance.
Garrett was great. Friendly and courteous did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Then explained everything he'd found. Recommended some things that might be good to do but no issues to fix. Enjoyed the experience enough to sign up for the maintenance plan. Plan to have them be our HVAC company. Thank you for proving there are businesses that still understand customer service at a reasonable cost.
