They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of throughout the entire process.Our home has a two-system setup (east and west), and we just replaced the west-side unit, which was more than 20 years old. During the installation, the team noticed issues from a previous HVAC install done by a prior owner’s contractor. Some of our attic ductwork had been damaged, and HilCo repaired it for us as part of the job.
