Absolutely outstanding AC repair service! Our air conditioner broke down in the middle of a hot night, and I was up late trying to figure out the best solution. Troy responded to my inquiry in person the very next morning—even on a weekend! Within just a few days, we had a brand new AC unit installed with updated ductwork and several other issues fixed as part of the installation. Troy really knows his stuff when it comes to air conditioning, and it was clear that he had access to all the right parts, even the hard-to-find ones. After the installation, Troy returned to make sure everything was running efficiently, adjusted our vents, set up a smart thermostat, and made sure our home was cooling evenly. Our energy bills have dropped since the new system was put in. The team was friendly and respectful to my family and pets. I’ll definitely call them again for any future AC needs. It’s great to know they’re there when you need them, especially in this Arizona heat!

He quickly diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner and explained what needed to be done. I appreciated how fast they were able to schedule the appointment, especially since our house was getting really hot in the Arizona heat. The team communicated clearly and took care of everything during the same visit, which made things very convenient. All the work was completed efficiently, and the air conditioning started working great again right away. When our AC started acting up, we first called a company we found online. The technician charged by the hour and told us our system wasn’t big enough for our house, suggesting we replace everything for a huge amount of money. That didn’t seem right, since our home is less than two years old. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and reached out to another AC repair company.
