I purchased a new AC upgrade and State 48 was assigned to my account. They were very quick and organized! The ac was installed in no time (4 hrs). I had a small issue with my Nest (existing equipment) thermostat blowing a fuse after they had left and they sent someone back over to correct it within a couple hours! Stacy in the office was fantastic, very friendly and she seems like a great asset to the company! Keep her! And Justin came out to do a maintenance on my ac unit. He was very professional, compassionate and informative. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. He related to me a a personal level unlike some other serviceman. I will recommend state 48 to everyone.
