I'm in Petaluma and needed a pro to service my 36 year-old furnace, and I'm very happy I called John of Core Heating & Air Con. John was able to come out the SAME DAY. My furnace had a few problems and John explained each problem. He replaced the blower motor and cleaned out - he said, 'detailed' - some very dirt-encrusted elements of the furnace, and now my furnace works better than it has EVER worked in the 26 years I've owned my home. John is extremely professional, reasonable and never tried to upsell me to a new furnace. Highly recommend John of Core Heating & Air Conditioning if you live in Petaluma or Sonoma County.
