The tech, Alex, was thorough and professional throughout the repair. Extremely competitive pricing and even connected with a reputable company to complete a service they do not handle (chimney cleaning). I will use them for ALL future HVAC needs on all my homes.

I appreciate the time he took to explain how the unit works, what was needed and why, as well as presenting multiple options for resolution without any pressure. Everyone!! This company is amazing. Its obvious that they spend much time and effort to train their technicians. Aliak was a true teacher and taught me so many things about my furnace. He was respectful in the care of my home and I suggest everyone to call this company for HVAC service. I'm sure that they have other great techs, but I would ask for Aliak personally..lol. Nice job Air Life!!
