I hired AirMaster Heating & Cooling after some chimney repair work left venting connections undone, and I was concerned about code compliance and safety. Matt performed a thorough inspection, quickly identified several violations, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. After the corrective work was completed, I had him return for a follow-up inspection and combustion test. He confirmed the system was safe and functioning properly, which gave me real peace of mind. Scheduling was easy, the office staff was friendly, and communication about arrival times was excellent. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Dave was incredibly helpful walking us through the issue with our furnace. After speaking about what work had already been done on it earlier in the week, he had a methodical approach to identify the issue and coming to a resolution. The best part was we got to sit with him through the entire process (about 1.5-2hrs) and ask questions along the way watching how he went about correcting the problem. It helped us gain a greater understanding of how the system worked and what the problem we were facing was. He was prompt, friendly and professional and I would recommend his services.
