AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling

We have always enjoyed Kyle Dunnett's visits from AZ Perfect Comfort, as he is the technician who regularly comes out to handle our maintenance. Each time, he is professional, courteous, and very personable from the moment he arrives. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, answers all of my questions patiently, and provides a clear update on our system's maintenance. He works efficiently but never feels hurried, which gives us a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. It's rare to find someone who consistently combines technical skill with such great customer service. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be requesting Kyle for future visits! Thank you!

We recently had a new AC unit installed by AZ Perfect Comfort, and the entire experience was excellent. After getting quotes from several companies, we felt the most comfortable and confident with their team. From the first meeting, they came across as honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. Communication throughout the process was clear and prompt, and the installation went smoothly. Their pricing was also the most competitive of all the quotes we received, which made the decision even easier. It’s only been a few days since installation, but so far we are very pleased with the quality of service and overall experience. We would absolutely recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company.

I had a great experience with AZ Perfect Comfort for my recent AC replacement. Their communication was excellent from start to finish—they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to questions. The team was prompt, professional, and extremely informative, taking the time to explain my options clearly without any pressure. They were also very flexible with scheduling, which made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable HVAC service.

Kiel with his apprentice Will, arrived on time. They kept me informed and proceeded with our installation which took less than 3 hours. Both very professional, I know because I had been in the same business for over 30 years. The finished product was well done and appreciated. I Highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for your A/C needs installation & Service.

I had Ben come out to give me an estimate for my parents house and Ben was the only one that gave me three options and let us choose which A/C units would fit our family . Ben was not trying to sell us anything he just gave us his best deal and he was the only one that was not forcing a sale no lies no making up stories . I appreciated his professionalism and treating us like family. Because Ben was honest with us we chose AZ Perfect Comfort. Honesty is more important to me because then you know there WORD is there contract like in the old days. Ben and his crew Andrew, Kyle and Will did an amazing job not only installing on my parents house but on my house too. Because Ben kept his word from the beginning of us talking to actually delivering on his promises AZ Perfect Comfort installed a new unit on my house too. Ladies and Gentleman if you want excellent service the way we remember it AZ Comfort has exceeded my expectations and I am very strict because I was in the trade business myself and I saw his Integrity was impeccable! Please give them a call for service and new installation. You will experience honesty at its best!
