Such an amazing crew. Mid winter furnace broke. Feb 17 2025 (House was freezing) We were checking my Dad's house and only there for a couple hrs and needed to head home as we lived out of town. They came same day within an hr to look at furnace.. Unfortunately we needed to replace the furnace which they came the very next day and installed it. Very trust worthy. We had to head back home on the 17th but we gave them the code to get in the house and they did a great job.. Thank you Barry Y. Highly highly recommend! And price was so reasonable too! I hired Advantage Airtech for our mechanical maintenance at the condo building I manage in Scarborough, and they have done several equipment replacements for us as well.

All of the work they've done for us has gone well, and I'm very happy with the service provided. Our regular technician, Greg, is awesome... he's friendly and easy to talk to, and obviously very experienced and capable. Highly recommend this company!
