My review is a little late, but so important! On January 22nd,a super cold night, I realized after dinner that our furnace wasn’t working. I called Button’s immediately and was put on the service call list. It was predicted to be a very, very cold night well below -20°. I didn’t have to wait all that long and the technician, Katie, showed up earlier than expected. The fix was super easy. She was very pleasant, in and out very quickly with great advice on furnace maintenance. I recommend buttons for a few reasons: one because the service was impeccable; two this furnace was installed by them after our original furnace had died and that service was also amazing.If you want great friendly service at decent prices, I fully recommend this company.

Last week, January 19th, at night our furnace stopped working and I called Button's Heating very early the next morning and got their 24 hr emergency person and they had someone (Tom) come out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the furnace would cost too much to repair and it being 18 years old we decided to have them quote on a new one. They gave us a few electric heaters in the meantime and they had a new furnace installed the very next day. The sales guy Brian was very good at providing a number of options for a new furnace as well as the installation team were tidy and respective of keeping the house protected by bringing in mats etc. They had the old furnace removed and the new one installed in 3 hours. We were so pleased to get such timely, professional service that we are going to have our AC units inspected and tuned up in the spring! Thank you Todd, Tom, Brian and the other team members.
We “bought out” rental Water Heater (more than 15 years old) from a certain company. After checking a few other places, and as recommended by a colleague, decided to buy new one from Buttons. Their price is reasonable, Installers very nice. Added new water shut offs for the unit and for humidifier. I feel valued as a client. Thank you Scott & Lucas!Their office is in Pickering, but they service large GTA area, east of Yonge St.They also maintain furnace / AC at reasonable cost. Their tech Tom C. Is thorough, very polite, checked furnace & AC, removed cover for exterior AC unit, cleaned it inside and out. AC is quieter. Great service, thank you! ??
