My AC died. After doing my research most of the company was to sell rather than give you advice, one company was the worst (enecar..) the person gave me wrong advice.I found Empower Home Comfort on the internet, called and had a sales person the next morning, right on time. Salvatore M.arrived he was the most pleasant person to speak to. He gave me all the information I needed, answer all questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product and benefits. He then gave me a Job Estimate and told me when I decided give him a callI had more questions gave him a call and he responded promptly. He recommended a heat pump and within a few hours I placed the order. I had the installer the next morning. The guys that installed the equipment did a fantastic job. Thanks to Salvatore I had my house cool.I would recommend the Company and most of all Salvatore. Give him a call you will not be disappointed. Salvatore great Job.
Fuad and Abel arrived early and started right away. They used runners and cardboard to protect the floor. They did a quality job and explained stuff to me anytime I asked questions.They set me up on the Ecobee app and showed me how to operate the new smart thermostat as well as the app. They finish mid afternoon and cleaned up before they left.I would definitely recommend Empower!Thx Jeff
