Had Hawk Home Services replaced our HVAC system including our water heater few months ago. Everything was completed satisfactorily. Had nothing to say but what an exceptional service. From our sales representative Masoud, Sidrah (admin coordinator) to the installation team, the project was completed as planned and as expected . There were minor concerns during installation but was addressed with efficiency. Overall, our experience with the hawk home service team is nothing but exceptional.Highly Recommended
Hawk Home Services provided the best service to our family. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and results. From the very beginning, the salesperson, Sidrah, gave us all information and offered the best price and package. Later due to our family emergencies, we had to reschedule the installastion three times. Sidrah was so patient and professional in handling our scheduling-cancelling-rescheduling requests. We were deeply moved with the way her handled the difficult situation. During the installation days, the two engineers, Mohsin and Muhib, did an excellent job all around. They worked so hard and so many hours that our family could not thank them enough. Not only did they finish the installation, but also tested the hot water supply, heating and cooling. They also provided revevant information to how to use the combi boiler.Our family are extremely happy with Hawk for the whole process and we are very grateful to Sidrah, Mohsin and Muhib. I have nothing but wonderful experience! Transaction was very smooth, I needed to replace my broken hot water tank with a tankless. After requesting for estimate in the morning, technicians came to install in the afternoon and bam! Just like that..instant hot water! It was a great deal too. Thank you Hawk Home Services.
Tech looked at it said I don't know why hot water wasn't working before. But now it's fine. While for most of the day there was no hot water during winter.Update Feb, 2023Got a call from Hawk services back after 3 months of me posting a review and then asking why you posted a bad review. When I told them the new hot water tank stopped working and you guys refused to help that's when I posted the review. I had to call Reliance company.Now today my 3 year old baby had to take a bath in cold water cause Hawk services hot tank stopped working. This time uploading a video to prove it too. Tried to call Hawk services this morning and no one picked up ! That's the service you get after you have paid.
Hawk was subcontracted by Reliance to do a ductless AC install and it was a terrible experience working with both Hawk and Reliance. They first installed units on walls at the end of May and then did not come back to complete the install until the end of June. The worst of my experience was their workers drilling a hole through the exterior wall in a spot that was poorly planned and as a result the hosing inside the house cannot be made flush to the wall. I don’t think they knew that was going to happen, and even if they did, at no point did they advise me of the possibility so I could have a say I. How it might turn out. As a result of that error in install, they also left the hosing exposed and I had to repeatedly follow up to ask that it be done properly. It wasn’t until September when they finally came back to finish covering the hose, and then then the quality is poor, the service was poor and there is still nothing they can do to have the hosing run flush against the wall. This is a short summary of a long and frustrating experience consisting of poor workmanship and customer service. No attempt at any remediation has been made and ultimately I’m left with a really bad install that is either fairly permanently flawed or very expensive to remedy.Updating to add that I’ve recently been told that the electrical work done was also not to code.
