Want to share the great service received from Dragon Air Services today. I was referred by another service provider. Firstly, when I called, it was answered quickly by the owner, Dragan, and he was able to set up an appointment for me the very next day. Not a voice mail waiting to be called back and not sometime next week. Secondly, Ryan the specialist, kept me posted earlier with timing of his arrival so I could plan my day accordingly. Lastly, the service performed was excellent. Ryan was able to diagnose the problem quickly and he offered us a cheaper solution by buying the thermostat ourselves rather than using their expensive high-end model, which is not needed for our house. He was able to return the same afternoon to replace the thermostat for a very reasonable fee. He even performed a fall check on our system and provided some valuable observations. Overall, we are very happy with the service, and I highly recommend Dragon Air Services to anyone.

I highly recommend Dragon Air Services. Dragan and his team are very professional and show great attention to detail. Dragan was able to rebuild my entire HVAC system and found the root cause of a dust issue as a result of a bad return vent in my attic. He was able to design the system so the rooms in my house that didn't have good air flow (heating and cooling) are now balanced with the rest of the home. They care about their customers and have a great installation team. They take care of the permits, provided great options on financing, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

I had Dragon Air replace a 29 year old 4 ton system at my house. Although the quote was not the cheapest (actually it was on the pricier end), Dragan was willing to work with my limited budget and I could tell the company values maintaining their relationship with existing customers. The install process was very quick (they actually had two install crews instead of one) and was completed within 5 hours. The crew laid down tarp across the floors and stairs prior to beginning work and also vacuumed and swept the floors upon completion of the work. Upon conclusion of the install, Braden scheduled a follow-up appointment to evaluate the install once more in case there were any issues. Per Braden's recommendations, an additional return was installed. This cut down on system noise and also improved air circulation in my living area. Dampers were also added to allow for adjustment of flow to different areas. I like that Dragon Air posts photos of their previous work online; I think it shows pride in their work product. Based on what I observed from the install at my house, I believe the workmanship appears to be good. Overall an excellent experience. Only noteworthy request I would have is that the install crew would also wear a face covering when entering the home.

The owner, Dragan Tadic, is very knowledgeable and strives to deliver the best to each of his customers. He went above and beyond. He always communicated promptly. He and his team were on-time, efficient and clean. These days it's rare to find someone as dedicated and invested in doing the best work on every project. I will undoubtedly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified, professional business to install/repair an HVAC system.
