I recently moved to the area and replaced my homes thermostat... Well it began shorting the fuse. Not knowing much more than basics, I called Cuestas - as they were the first to answer my call.
They came out, took care of the issue, and even showed me what troubleshooting steps he took and how I could do it in the future... It was a silly issue too, so they didn't charge me anything more than the wheels up fee!

I now use them for my maintenance service and they're always prompt and respectful.
They're never attempting to push unnecessary sales... I just love them. Fantastic service!

We have been a customer since 2018 and have been Very satisfied with everyone we have interacted with at Cuesta, from the girls in the office to the technicians and especially Dennis the owner who still takes the time to interact and ensure we are happy with Cuesta's services.
We recently had to make the investment in a new A/C system and Dennis walked us through our options, made his suggestions and allowed us to decide on which system we felt would be best for our needs based on the information he provided.
Installation was quick, clean, professional and reflective of the cost provided with No Add On's!!! Dennis himself returned a few days later to fine tune the unit, go over the associated paperwork (he also ensured our warranty registration was completed) and ensure we were pleased with the entire process.
Great Experience from day 1, and we will continue to use and recommend Cuesta for our needs !!!

They have been servicing my AC for 7 years. Our unit is an original units over 15 years old and was dead. Dennis the owner came and went above and beyond for us. Gave me a great deal on a whole new unit and also got us up and running temporarily while we waited for them to come back and install our new AC. His crew arrived today and were amazing.
