I choose this company to help me with my home plumbing issue based on the good reviews and their $99 visit fee credited with repair. Their serviceman came as promised and gave me an estimate of $339 to replace the hardware in my toilet water tank that I agreed with.However, after half an hour work and less than $50 worth of parts, he still charged my card $339 !!!I feel like I was robbed!!!Please be aware of their unreasonable charges, they do a good job but they rob you and that the $99 credit to the repair cost is a gimmick to lure you!!!!!
I requested estimates from 5 HVAC companies and Lindstrom was the only company that actually came out to look at everything and give me a very reasonable estmate. The others looked on Google and emailed an estimate. The entire process from the estimate to the installation was seamless. The installers were very respectful of my home. I love my new system and I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would.My water heater recently went out, and I initially received a decent quote from another contractor. However, the day before they were scheduled to come out, they informed me they would not be pulling a permit, so I decided to cancel.I then called John M. at Lindstrom, and he had a quote to me by 8:00 a.m. the next morning. By 11:00 a.m., a knowledgeable technician was at my home removing and replacing my water heater.Overall, this was the best customer experience I’ve ever had with a contractor, and I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to do the same for you.
Called first thing in the morning. An hour later the plumber showed up. Very nice, professional and respectful of property. They installed 2 new toilets. They look and work great. Thank you so much. They are definitely my go to plumbing.
A young man, Zane, came out today to check my air handler which was leaking from hose and to do my regular maintenance. He was very competent and located the problem immediately. The line was clogged from the handler to outside drain. He gave me a quote to remedy the problem and started work right away. He told me a maintenance tip to avoid the clog which was fairly simple that I could do. He then did regular maintenance. He also checked a vent in my bedroom for air flow and even offered to change out my batteries in smoke detectors if I needed. I told him not necessary because someone in community did that for seniors. He went out of his way to help a senior citizen. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra for a service company to get individual attention when you need it.
