Worst company ever I don’t know how this people still in business, they charge me 125.00 just for the visit, then the technician say the fan motor in the unit outside was broken. He replaced the next day for a new one, they charge me again with 700.00 dollars for the job. Total 825.00$. Two weeks later the motor fall apart and maybe hit the coil and broke. Now repair all the damage going to cost me more money. I call the company and they don’t answer.

I feel our service was extremely overpriced. Would have cost more to see if we may or may not have a leak. I already have called a different company who my family member told us to call who can fix our issue for lower than half the price Oliver estimated to us and they are willing to drive to us to fix it. Won’t be using this company in the future and won’t be recommending. Beware. Felt like a scam.
