I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. They were so understanding of my predicament when my heating system broke while I was away. They worked hard to find me a solution that met my budget and needs and they kept me informed the whole way. Lucas is awesome!

We switched to a heat pump this year after years of dealing with oil heat, and choosing Only Heat Pumps was one of the best home decisions we’ve made here in Portland, Maine. What impressed me most was how educational the whole process felt. Instead of just selling us a system, they took time to explain how heat pumps perform in Maine’s climate, what to expect in the winter, and how to maximize efficiency year-round. I felt confident we were making the right investment for our home. The installation team was respectful, efficient, and clearly experienced. They answered every question without rushing and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. The system runs quietly, keeps our house comfortable, and has already helped lower our energy costs. If you’re in Portland, ME and thinking about upgrading to a heat pump, Only Heat Pumps truly specializes in this field. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Cody and Lucas installed a ductless split in our home. Clean work, quick work, and even better to work with prior to install. Answered all our questions and provided us with a few great options to consider. They helped place the unit in the most efficient spot for the space, and did great with a tricky install!

Lucas and Cody were great! They did a great job with our install, it was fast and looked great! During the initial consultation, Lucas was very great at explaining his thought process and was very accommodating of our thoughts and placement concerns, prompt with responding to questions, and worked hard to fit our timeline. We would very much recommend Only Heat Pumps!
