It's a pleasure dealing with these guys. I am a repeat customer. I have bought a Portage and Main wood furnace, Toyotomi heat convector units and base boards.

They sell quality products.

I am always surprised by the fact that whenever I show up at their store, they always remember my name.

Brian is always checking up on how my units are doing and has given me valuable info on how to select wood for my furnace and how to keep my heating system in tip top shape.

I highly recommend doing business with Heat Smart Plus. They don't just sell and forget. Businesses like this are 1 in a million.

I stopped in on Friday and met with Josh and Brian regarding a new BBQ as I was intrigued by Saber and my last bbq was a Napoleon. Came home with a new Saber and WOW. Easy set up and just amazing quality. Cooked on it tonight for the first time and very very impressed and I am a seasoned BBQ and Smoker guy. The grill gets very hot and the sear on the steaks were amazing. Highly recommend a Saber and thank you Josh and Brian for the great service.

There are no hot spots and absolutely no flare ups! My only regret with this bbq is I didn't buy it sooner! Buying this bbq has made me enjoy cooking this way again! Hats off to Josh at heatsmart plus! He knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and passionate about grills, smokers and pellet grills! Highly recommend them!

I have the Portage and Main BL3444 outdoor water boiler and it has been a solid and dependable unit for us. It does not require much maintenance and is simple to use. The Heat Smart Plus (Brian and team) are always great to talk to and are very helpful with any questions that you may have. I would definitely recommend their boiler systems and the extra bonus is they are Canadian made so you are supporting local jobs and companies!

I recently purchased the small Saber BBQ from Heat Smart Plus and I love it! The BBQ was easy to assemble and the directions were great. The service at the store was awesome. I went in a few weeks ago and Josh gave us the full tour of the grilling options. He was most knowledgeable, personable, and obviously enjoys his job. I highly recommend visiting this store and if you are looking for a good BBQ, go with a Saber! And ask for Josh!
