Had this company install a filter system on our boiler. 4000.00 latet and we got the tail gate warranty. Piss poor customer service. Call KM mechanical...........awesome service!!!
During the recent heatwave our air conditioner could not keep up with the demand. Justin arrived and in few minutes he accurately diagnosed the problems. We instantly experienced full confidence in his expertise. An employee such as this is extremely valuable in promoting the company’s credibility
I got an AC unit installed by them for my house. I was so impressed with the work and the fact that they came back to rotate the AC unit so that it was sitting with the connections away from the walkway so my kids didn't hit them. They didn't charge me extra for it either. Because of this when I wanted heat in my garage I didn't even call around for quotes. I just called up Greg and told him what I wanted. He came and gave me a quote that I think was absolutely fair for what they had to do to get heat into my shop. Again they did a fantastic job.Fast forward to this year. We had water coming into our basement do to ground water. I called Greg again about putting in a sum pump. He found out that we actively had water coming into our house so he dropped everything he was doing and ran over to take a look. After looking at the situation he found out that our contractor had messed up our weeping tile and told use we do not need to put in a sum pump. In fact he flat out refused to sell it to use because it would have cost thousands of dollars and all we actually needed was to fix the weeping tile. He even refused to let us pay him for coming and taking a look. They are diffidently my go to for pluming in PA. I will not use anyone else because I trust them. If they say you need it you do. If they say you don't need it you don't. If I could give more then five stars I would.
We had an emergency and Greg was super fast getting here to assess the situation and give expert advice. Because of that advice we were able to resolve the issue. We trust Next Gen as they have installed garage heat and AC for us. ?? recommend them!
Service is A1. These folks stand behind their work 100%. Firm replaced senor on water heater for in floor heat. When I turned it on in Nov 1, it worked for an hour. After phoning their office - discussing the problem they had their boss ( part-owner) call me to discuss. He discussed the problem and provided rational explanation for failure. He offered a full refund (if that is what I wanted) and suggested they would come and fix the problem to my satisfaction. The same day - they sent one of their tech. guys. Sensor was not the problem - Tanner fixed the problem and explained what I should do in future if problem re-occurs. He also suggested I phone at any time that I cannot solve any heating problem. Would recommend this firm service to any and all customers that want quality service that the firm stands behind!
