I purchased a convection heater from Liquid air to replace my old one that stopped working. When we installed the new one we realized that one of the poles on the breaker wasn’t working and replaced the breaker and our old heater worked. I explained my issue with Laura-Lee at liquid air and she organized the return of the new heater and even assisted me with the return shipping by setting up the pick up and sending me the return label. So impressed with Laura-Lee and the company itself. As I said to them I will buy my next heater from them in and would recommend them to anyone
