AZ A/C AND HEAT SERVICES

I recently had my air conditioning go out during the hottest part of August. I called several AC companies, but none were able to help within 24 hours—most wanted to schedule me several days out. I found AZ A/C and Heat Services on Google, read their 5-star reviews across several platforms, and decided to give them a call. From the very first interaction, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Fahim was able to come out right away to assess my AC unit and quickly determined that the compressor had failed. Thankfully, the compressor was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the part for my particular AC unit was not available in Arizona and had to be shipped from California. Even with expedited shipping, it took another two days to arrive. Throughout the entire process, Fahim stayed on top of the shipment and kept me informed every step of the way. As soon as the part arrived, he came out and installed it—even during the hottest part of the day. Fahim’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine empathy made a stressful situation so much easier. He has absolutely earned my gratitude, my trust, and all of my future AC and heating business. Thank you, Fahim, for taking such great care of me when I really needed it. I highly recommend AZ A/C and Heat Services!

My experience with AZ A/C and Heat Services was stellar. Fahim was quick to service, explained with examples what was needed and why. He offered a couple different options and ultimately provided me with a highly efficient system at what I believe was a very reasonable price. He even brought me a portable AC to use on his own accord. His office staff, Masha, was nice to work with. She coordinated the work and it all was completed based on their time commitments. I would recommend AZ A/C and Heat Services to others. They have integrity and trust.

Our family is so greatful for Fahim, when we have had a problem with our A/C he has always been able to schedule us in quickly and fix the problem. He is friendly and treats you like family. In my opinion Az A/C and heat services is the BEST A/C company out there! Thank you for keeping us cool in the Arizona heat!
