David was absolutely amazing! He did a thorough review of my entire system and clearly explained what was working well and what we should keep an eye on going forward, but never felt like he was trying to upsell us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. We had a great experience with Cool Beans and will definitely be requesting David for our future services!

First time customer and they came in force, walked through more options and insights than anyone else ever has and more importantly fixed something that no one else bothered to resolve. Excellent service across the board including the office!! Never had a service like that spend that much time. Needless to say very impressed. Thank you and definitely recommend them.

The epitome of doing business in an ethical and professional manner. They just do business the right way. The HVAC industry is filled with companies (like Parker and Sons) who on every service visit recommend you get an AC but the folks at Cool Beans are always so professional and helpful. I have their membership service and they've come to help me with my AC twice without charging a fee. I love these guys.
